RETURNS & WARRANTY INFORMATION  


Our product is built to the highest standards, and we proudly stand behind every product warranty. Before you contact us about warranty replacement, please be sure to read the official warranty statement below.

NOTE: You must contact us for a return authorization before returning any product to us.

RETURN POLICY: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept authorized returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Label.

Authorized refunds will be subject to at least 25% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. The restocking fee will be calculated based on the original purchase price of the item(s) being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for the refund, the item(s) must be in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty to the original purchaser for a period of 12 months (18 months if bought from UpCart.com) from the date of purchase. If within this period, the product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will replace or repair it at no cost to you.

To be eligible for warranty service, you must have proof of purchase, and the product must not have been misused, modified, or damaged by accident or neglect, including an attempts to unfold / fold a unit by pulling / pushing its platform or wheel hubs. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.

If you believe your product is defective and want to make a warranty claim, please contact us immediately to obtain a Return Label. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us, but we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired product back to you. If we determine that the product is not defective, or the warranty period has expired, we may charge a service fee to cover our inspection and testing costs.

This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue, loss of use of the product, or damage to other property.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

NOTE: The UpCart® models are intended to be operated on more-or-less firm surfaces. They are not expected to be operated in soft sand, mud, or swamp. Each UpCart® model is rated for its load capacity. Transporting loads in excess of stated capacity will void the warranty. The UpCart® models are latched in fully folded and fully unfolded positions to prevent unintended shape changes. Be sure to follow proper opening and closing procedures illustrated in the product instructions and/or packaging.

LIMITATIONS:  
EXCEPT FOR THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, WE MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE. 

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL. THE WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDY SET FORTH ABOVE AND EXCLUDES AND DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, LIQUIDATED, OR OTHER DAMAGES DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATING OR ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW OR EQUITY (WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, CONTRIBUTION, INDEMNITY, INFRINGEMENT, STATUTE OR OTHERWISE). WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE BEYOND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING FROM INABILITY TO USE OR RESELL THE PRODUCTS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, ECONOMIC LOSS, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, INCREASED OPERATING COSTS OR LOSS OF PRODUCTION OR ANY OTHER SUCH DAMAGES, EXPENSES OR LOSSES, WHETHER ARISING FROM CAUSES SIMILAR OR DISSIMILAR TO THOSE ENUMERATED. 
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO PRODUCTS SOLD IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY FOR PRODUCTS SOLD OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
